4. Managing a plan. Use the account or membership controls provided to review or change your plan. Any cancellation timing, access period, or billing effect is governed by the information shown when you manage that plan and applicable law.
5. Account action. We may limit or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, suspected account misuse, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will use reasonable efforts to explain the action.

Acceptable Use and Community Conduct
